We look for Vacant & Distressed Houses with FSBO sign on them. We don't wish to accept properties listed with Realtors or properties that are Bank Owned. 


We know you are wondering where do you fit in with helping us to find these properties. It's very simple.  All you need is transportation, a digital camera, a little time on your schedule and a desire to make some great extra money.

We then buy many of those properties as investors. The good news is, that there are thousands of properties available if you know how to find them.


How You Will Make Money?

You will make money by finding us a good homeowner/ Distress seller QUALITY leads, or houses that fit our criteria. We provide all the basic training and guidance you need so that your time and effort is maximized and you receive the greatest reward for your effort.


If the property is deemed a viable and available investment, you are paid a Property Scout fee UPON closing.

Being a Property Scout for Claiborne Realty Enterprises has several key advantages:

  • You earn $500 to $5,000 or more per property for any deal that we SECURE a contract which is based on your individual QUALITY lead that we CLOSE on.  So you get CA$H when we close! 
  • You don’t need cash or credit
  • You work part-time

You can do as many deals as you can provide as long as they meet our criteria.

Once you join our team, you will get basic training and guidance on the most effective ways to easily recognize vacant houses, how to easily submit your leads and how you will get paid promptly for your effort.

The Key to making this Work:
  • Consistency. It doesn’t matter how much time you have available. The key is to form a routine and be as consistent as possible. I
  • Track where you’ve already driven and create routes prior to driving,
  • Use the smartphone app – HOMESNAP – to snap potential leads. Just by taking a photo of the property, this free app pulls up the property address, saves the lead, gives a rough value estimate, and will pull up the MLS number and details if listed.

Step 1:

Property Scout Agreement

The agreement details the relationship between you and our company. We will NOT accept any leads or referrals from Property Scouts without a signed agreement.

Then get to work!  Look for distressed, abandoned or quick-sale homes

(Distressed means that there is a problem or situation that might allow us to buy a property for less than market value.)

Step 2:

Give us information on the property and owner.

We’ll research the property and dig into any hairy details that may emerge. From deed and ownership issues to property disrepair, we know how to take care of the stuff that may have made selling in the past a challenge.

2. upload all the pictures

To submit a lead complete the lead submission form or email or fax your answers.  If you don’t have a scanner, you can take a good quality photo with your cell phone and email the photo.

Step 3:

We do the research and make the homeowner an offer.

We’ll contact the homeowner to make them an offer on the property, helping them finally offload the property and get them out of a situation they don’t want to be in.

Step 4:

You get paid, $500 to up to $1000 per sold property for any deal we SECURE a contract and its based on your individual QUALITY lead we CLOSE on.  So you get CA$H when we close! 

Simply put, you get paid to help us find the right properties that are fertile for flipping. We’ll pay you up to a thousand bucks per home we flip, all for just helping us make the right connections.
